Profile
Mila Senko
A medical doctor, cosmetologist and a licensed Permanent Makeup trainer working in the beauty industry for 7 years.
She is also a founder and director of Mila Senko Academy and the Deluxe Aesthetics Beauty Center in California.
Championship winner, conference speaker at WULOP and AAM, a judge for championships online.
美容業界で7年間勤務する、医師・コスメティシャン・アートメイクアップトレーナー。
また、カリフォルニアにあるMila Senko AcademyとDeluxe Aesthetics Beauty Centerの創設者で、ディレクターを務める。
チャンピオンシップの優勝経験、WULOPとAAMのスピーカー、オンラインチャンピオンシップの審査員なども務める。

Next in PMU（以下、NP）：What made you interested in Permanent Makeup and how did you begin your career in this industry?
アートメイクに興味を持った理由やアートメイクでのキャリアを始めたきっかけは何ですか？
Mila：Permanent makeup for me as part of medicine. I’m a doctor by profession. I love working with people, I treat the profession as a science.
自分にとってのパーマネントメイクは医療の一環です。私は職業上、医師です。人と接するのが好きで、この職業を科学医療として扱っています。
What does Permanent Makeup mean to you?

NP：What does Permanent Makeup mean to you?

Mila：This is a new developing direction in which there is a great future. Opportunity for career growth without borders, and potential for building business.
大きな未来がある、新しい方向に展開された仕事です。国境を越えたキャリアアップのチャンスとビジネスでもあります。

NP：What is your main focus of treatment?
普段の施術で力を入れていることは何ですか？
Mila：I work with students, training for masters of Permanent Makeup from scratch, and helping out with qualifications of current masters. I also create products for the academy.
私は生徒と一緒に仕事をしています。ゼロからマスターを養成したり、現役マスターの資格を見極めたりしています。そしてアカデミーの製品を作っています。
Expanding the academy and deeper involvement in the industry

NP：What are your future prospects for your career as a PMU artist?
PMUアーティストとしての今後の展望を教えてください。
Mila：Create and launch into the market its product line – pigments, typewriters, incendiary materials for learning. Ultimately, to scaling my Permanent Makeup academy.
顔料、タイプライター、学習用材料などの製品ラインを作り、市場に投入することでパーマネントメイクアカデミーをスケールアップしたいです。

Mila：Learning from the best and over and over.

Mila：Act today. Try new things. Take an example from those who have achieved results. Remember, what you do today will be the result of where you are tomorrow.
