She is an international master trainer and a global conference speaker. She has traveled the world and taught thousands of artists over the last 7 years. She has created the Monica Ivani (MI) Signature Pigment Series by Li Pigments, which is one of the most popular pigment lines in the world.
Starting ahead of the career after noticing the needs of the industry
Next in PMU(NP):What made you interested in Permanent Makeup and how did you begin your career in this industry?
Monica:I started PMU before it became really popular because I saw the need in the industry.

NP:What does Permanent Makeup mean to you?
Monica:PMU is my life. I dream and living in PMU. It is my absolute passion and drives my life .

NP:What is your main focus of treatment?
Monica:Eyebrows. I focus 100% on brows and creating super natural effects that age well in the skin over time.
Make the industry better!
NP:What are the future prospects for your career as a PMU artist?
Monica:To create products, techniques and education to make our industry better and easier for future generations.
NP:You use various approaches to improve the PMU industry, such as providing quality education! Artists who can both evaluate the present circumstance of the industry and foresee the future of the industry are invaluable. We want to support you in your valuable role and contribution to the industry!

NP:Can you give a message to young artists to further develop their role within the PMU industry?
Monica:Find a really good trainer for fundamental training. And practice on models immediately as much as you can.
