インタビューを伺うなかで、自分のためだけでなく後進のためにも努力を惜しまない様子がひしひしと伝わってきました。努力を続けることはとても大変です。そんななかで、Svetlanaさんが考えていることとは…？

Svetlana Popova
ロシアでPMUマスターを務め、他にも国際カンファレンスでスピーカーや審査員を務める。特に眉とリップの施術を得意とし、現在では多くの生徒に眉とリップのアートメイクについて教えている。
アートメイクでのキャリアを始めたきっかけとは？
Svetlana：2011年に眉のデザインを始め、最初は自分の眉を染めました。その後、人の顔を美しくするためにもっとやりたいことに気づきました。 そこで眉のアートメイクを学びました。 今、私は多くの方に美しい眉のアートメイクを教えています。
アートメイクを通して、一番印象に残ったエピソードは何ですか？
Svetlana：クライアントに感謝してもらえた時です。施術後はみな口をそろえて、前よりも綺麗になったと言ってくれます。このように、人々に自信を与えることができて非常に嬉しいです。生徒からもフィードバックをもらいながら、私は彼ら自身も成長する姿を目にしています。彼らが成長すれば、仕事の質が上がり、仕事の質が上がれば人生の幸福度や充実度が増します。人のことをさまざまな形で支援することが生き甲斐です。
得意分野や、普段の施術で力を入れていることは？
Svetlana：今は眉と唇のアートメイクのやり方を教えており、これらに力を注いでいます。
アートメイクにおいて、一番大切だと思うことは何ですか？
Svetlana：情熱を持つことです。また、ビジネスに対して責任を持ち、常に学び続け、高品質な施術を提供することが大切です。
Svetlanaさんにとって、アートメイクとは？
Svetlana：アートメイクは毎日をより一層輝かせるためのチャンスだと思います。
私はその責任をしっかりと果たします。
今後の展望をぜひ教えてください！
Svetlana：チャンスはたくさんあります。まずマスターになれば、次はコーチになれます。そして、スピーカーとして審査します。教材を製作し、スタジオを開いて、スタッフを採用し、オンラインで教鞭をとりたいです。最後に、世界中を回って自身のテクニックをみなさんに伝授したいという想いがあります。
Next in PMU：常にチャンスはあると信じながら日々努力することが大事ですね。
そう思いながら努力することで、自ずと今自分がやるべきことが見えそうです。

Today we present Svetlana Popova, a PMU master in Russia.
In the interview, we could clearly see that she is willing to work hard not only for herself but also for future generations. It is very hard to keep working hard. What does she have in mind?

Svetlana Popova
She is a PMU Master in Russia and has been a speaker and judge at other international conferences. She is particularly skilled in eyebrow and lip treatments and now teaches many students about eyebrow and lip PMU.
Why did you decide to pursue this career?
Svetlana：I started with eyebrow design in 2011, I dyed my eyebrows, and then I realized that I wanted to do more, to improve people’s faces. That’s why I learned how to do permanent eyebrow makeup. Now I’m teaching other girls how to make a beautiful permanent eyebrow.
What is a moment in your Permanent Makeup journey that was most memorable to you?
Svetlana：Moments of gratitude from clients. When they write that they feel more beautiful after the procedure.
I am very happy to be able to give people confidence.
I also get feedback from my students, they grow before my eyes. Their quality of work improves after I teach them, and their quality of life improves from that. I love helping people.
Areas of Expertise
Svetlana：Now I teach how to do permanent makeup, eyebrows and lips.
What do you think is the most important aspect in Permanent Makeup? Why?
Svetlana：Love, you have to love what you do. You also have to be responsible to your business, always learn, and perform your service with high quality.
What Does Permanent Makeup Mean to You?
Svetlana：Permanent makeup is an opportunity to look more beautiful every day.
It’s a big responsibility for me.
Future Prospects of your career as a PMU artist and the PMU industry
Svetlana：The opportunities are great. First you are a master, then you can be a coach. Judge as a speaker. Produce materials for permanent. Open a studio, recruit staff. Teach online. Travel around the world and teach your technique.
Next in PMU：It is important to make daily efforts while believing that there are always opportunities.
By striving with this in mind, you will naturally see what we should be doing now.
