HOA NGUYEN
独自のリップテクニック「Flexmaster」の生みの親。Flexmasterの学生は中国、韓国、インドネシア、マレーシア、シンガポール、ミャンマー、台湾、カナダ、アメリカなど、世界中に広がっている。また、10か国以上で対面講習を開催し、同時にベトナムでも多くの国の学生を指導してきた。
アートメイクでのキャリアを始めたきっかけとは？
HOA：私の目標は、人々が自然な美しさを保ちながら、より美しく自信を持てるようにすることです。美しい唇は私たちをより自信を持てるようにし、美しくしてくれると考えています。そしてメイクにかかる時間も短縮できます。そのように考えて、PMUの研究を始めました。
アートメイクを通して、一番印象に残ったエピソードは何ですか？
HOA：2022年にVietnam PMU Championship 2022で準優勝したことです！5000人を超える参加者を破ることができました。
得意分野や、普段の施術で力を入れていることは？
HOA：私は教育に重きを置いています。そして、自分のテクニックを世界中の人々と共有したいと考えています。私のクライアントは美しく自然な見た目を望みます。特に私のテクニックは中程度から濃い色の唇に対して非常に効果的です。
アートメイクにおいて、一番大切だと思うことは何ですか？
HOA：テクニック、理論、針、マシン、色素など、すべての要素が重要だと思います。しかし、最も重要なのは優れたテクニックです。テクニックが優れていれば、難しい唇も簡単に扱うことができ、また、どんな状況でもより自信を持つことができます。
HOAさんにとって、アートメイクとは？
HOA：多くの人に経験を教えたり共有したりすることが、私にとってとても幸せな瞬間です。より多くの学生の技術を向上させ、ビジネスで成功する手助けをすることが私の目標です。
今後の展望をぜひ教えてください！
HOA：将来的に、アートメイクはますます人気のあるサービスとなり、アーティストはより多くの施術の機会を得るでしょう。多くの人が美しさを追求しているからだと思います。しかし、PMUは私たちにより完璧な美しさを与えながらも、自然な美しさを保持することも可能にしてくれます。そのためにも、これからも教育に重きを置きたいと思います。
若手アーティストと日本人アーティストへのメッセージ
HOA：日本のアーティストのみなさん、こんにちは。みなさんが最初に学ぶ先生は、この先、最も大きな影響を与える人となります。ですから、最高のテクニックを学ぶために先生を慎重に選ぶことが重要です。いつか皆さんに私のFlexmasterテクニックを気に入っていただけるととても嬉しいです。
Next in PMU：特にPMUでは最初に学ぶ先生が非常に重要だと日本でもよく聞きます。自分が学びたいテクニックやなりたい姿を明確にした上で選ぶことが大事だと思います。
そしてHOAさんが日本のPMUアーティストに、Flexmasterテクニックを広める日をとても楽しみにしています。

HOA NGUYEN
She is the founder of an exclusive lip technique called Flexmaster. Currently, students of Flexmaster appear all over the world, mainly including: China, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Taiwan, Canada, USA ….
She has had offline classes in more than 10 countries along with many classes for international students in Vietnam.
Why did you decide to pursue this career?
HOA：My goal is to make people more beautiful and confident while maintaining their natural beauty. I think beautiful lips will help us to be more confident and beautiful, save time when applying makeup, so I started studying PMU.
What is a moment in your Permanent Makeup journey that was most memorable to you?
HOA：It was in 2022, I overcame more than 5000 people to become the first runner – up in the Vietnam PMU Championship 2022.
Areas of Expertise
HOA：I focus on teaching. I want to share my technique with everyone in the world. My clients are those who desire beautiful, yet natural looking lips. My technique is good for dealing with medium and heavy dark lips.
What do you think is the most important aspect in Permanent Makeup? Why?
HOA：In my opinion all factors including technique, theory, needle, machine, ink… are important. But the most important thing is good technique. If your technique is good, you will easily handle difficult lips, and you will also be more confident in any situation.
What Does Permanent Makeup Mean to You?
HOA：In the future permanent makeup will become a popular service and PMU artists will have more opportunities. Because in my opinion we all aim for beauty. But PMU will help us have a more perfect beauty but still retain the natural beauty.
Future Prospects of your career as a PMU artist and the PMU industry
HOA：I want to provide the best quality training to my students, share the knowledge that I have learnt through the years and also help artists who still have been struggling to get started in the industry.
Message to Young Artists & Japanese PMU Artists
HOA：Hello to all Japanese artists. I am very happy to get to know everyone.
Your first teacher will be the person who has the greatest influence on your future. So choose carefully to be able to learn the best technique.
Next in PMU：I often hear in Japan that the first teacher you study with is very important, especially at PMU Industry. I think it is important to clarify the technique I want to learn and my ideal image.
And we are very much looking forward to the day when you will spread the Flexmaster technique to PMU artists in Japan.
